About Iceventure

Iceventure is an entrepreneurial niche consultancy offering strategic advisory services in business development, innovation (including push/pull dynamics, internal processes, and ecosystems), market entry strategies, and business intelligence. With an edge on technology and execution, we provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. We work with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, head of departments (strategy, technology, innovation, digitalization) or founders on generating profits. We also engage with selected (alternative) asset managers in cases where high-quality research, due diligence or sector knowledge can generate an advantage.

Founded in 2008 in Bolzano, Italy, Iceventure moved to Germany in 2010. With a core team of four, Iceventure operates from its main office in Rome, with additional outposts in Munich and Berlin, serving a diverse European and global client base.

We believe that the 21st century, with the rise of the network economy and data availability, requires a new approach to consulting. Connected thinking is needed, coupled with excellent analysis of sectors and drivers of dynamics, as well as an understanding of the propositions of individual players and decision makers.

ICEVENTURE TEAM AND PARTNERS
Iceventure consists of Arnbjörn Eggerz, CEO, an associate partner and a junior associate. The Iceventure team combines a cross-functional consulting background, direct management experience, and expatriate experience with access to knowledge and expertise in finance (banking, investment, family office, VC, PE), innovation and startups, and organizational processes. This is combined with knowledge of a wide range of sectors such as energy storage, SaaS, IT, manufacturing, energy, biotech, agtech, and photovoltaics. The Iceventure team is also supported by a research assistant and a personal assistant, which help ensure operational efficiency and accuracy in project execution.

Arnbjörn Eggerz
Prior to founding Iceventure Arnbjörn worked in the financial sector (banking/family office) and has several years (12+) of startup/SME and institutional project consulting in Germany, Italy and Iceland.
Arnbjörn Eggerz Iceventure webHe is the founder and Managing Director of Iceventure in Munich, Germany. He worked on Business Angels and Venture Capital funding problems in Europe.
He is also one of the initiators of the Batteriestammtisch, a leading network on energy storage in Munich, Bavaria.  

Competencies and fields of service include SaaS, electrochemical energy storage, financial services (Fintech), innovation processes and national/local innovation systems.
